The thesis deals with a project documentation of a low energy house for family of up to six persons. The house is located at the foothills of Jeseníky mountains. The object is designed as a two-storey building, with a cellar, standing in a sloping ground. There is a saddle roof. The south facade is roofed, glassed terrace. The nord shelter protect the house from the effects of weather.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Vladislav. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 500/51 in Vladislav area. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 13,1x8,35m. The roof of the building is designed saddle roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C20/25 concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of wall circuit systems.

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is elaboration of the project in the level for realization of low energy detached house in Olomouc. Designed family house is located on parcel number 153/30 in cadastral area Nová Ulice. Plot is situated at Zirmova street. Family house is designed like as a two-storey detached house containing one dwelling unit without basement. It is suitable for five member family. Family house is roofed with flat roof construction. Garage is a part of house and it is designed for one car. There is designed a resting terrace on the garage roof which is completed by extensive green roof. The family house is functionally divided into a social part (first floor) and private / resting part (second floor). Thesis contains basic calculations needed for project documentation design which is elaborated according to valid standards.
